Description
My sister and her husband showed us several scenic sites throughout the area... this was one of our favorite. About 15 minutes after I took this shot my wife let out a loud scream, grabbed her tripod and took off running... I could hear the large Western Rattlesnake shaking it's tail at her from 50 feet away. I'm being a little facetious about this being a "young" Saguaro... they don't even start growing their sidearms until they are about 75 years old. Photographed at Saguaro National Park East, near Tucson Arizona.
